Done-for-you Flooring marketing
We run the ads.
You track every lead.
Your team or ours follows up.
Meta and Google campaigns, proper tracking and a CRM. Add our call center when you want us to call, qualify and book the leads.
- Everything in your name, not ours
- Ads, tracking and CRM connected
- 15-minute fit call, by phone
The shops behind the numbers
Built for flooring companies. We also take select cabinet, kitchen and bathroom remodeling companies.
In whose name
Everything goes in your name. Not ours. The ad account, the data, the CRM login, the domain, the phone number. Fire us tomorrow and you keep every piece of it. Nothing stops running.
The whole argument is written out on the blog. Own your stack.
What we run
Five ways in. Same machine underneath.
Take the leads and close them yourself. Or hand the whole thing over and just show up when the estimate is already booked.
Facebook and Instagram
Meta ads.
Fresh creative when the account needs it, in front of homeowners in your service area. These are the ones thinking about a floor. They haven’t typed it into Google yet.
Illustration: a phone, its feed scrolling, with one ad playing inside it.
Search and YouTube
Google Ads.
This buyer already decided to replace the floor. Now they’re picking who to call. We build the campaigns and write the ads, then spend the week pulling wasted clicks back out.
Illustration: a search field typing a query, with results settling under it and the first one an ad.
Our team, on the phone
Appointment setting.
Add our call center and a person dials every lead in minutes, qualifies it and books the in-home estimate on your calendar. Text follow-up supports the calls without replacing them.
Illustration: a week of calendar slots filling one after another, with a ring closing around the booked estimate.
Starting from nothing
Business setup.
Facebook and Instagram business profiles, built properly. A Google Business Profile, verified. A simple three-page website. Your whole presence, live, before a dollar goes into ads.
Illustration: labelled plates assembling into a stack, one for each piece of the setup package.
Built to fit your shop
Custom partnerships.
The software side, cut to fit. A CRM set up the way you actually run jobs. Flooring visualizers your customers point at their own room. Websites with real backends behind them. Everything we build lands in your name.
Illustration: separate parts moving together into one built object, with a name plate landing on it.
All of it, side by side
Every service, one page.
What each one does, what you get, and how the parts run in order. Read them side by side before you decide which way in fits your shop.
- Meta ads
- Google Ads
- Appointment setting
- Business setup
- Custom partnerships
Business setup package: $497 one-time, then $33/mo. Everything else gets priced on the 15-minute phone call, straight, before anybody asks you for a card.
The proof
The case files.
What they were doing before, what happened, and the window it happened in. One of them nearly quit on us two months in. That part is on the page too.

Hometown Floor Covering
About $2,500 a month of ad spend, $1,500 on Meta and $1,000 on Google. $70,000 to $80,000 a month back, and closing in on $100,000.
Every month, now $70,000 in the past half month
Late August 2026 $25,000–$30,000 a month
Started at $70,000–$80,000 a month, consistently
Now
The same company, eighteen months of ads later.

MC Flooring & Tile
$40,000 in jobs sold
The first six weeks, from our leads only Michael knew exactly where the jobs came from.

Michigan’s Flooring
Selling jobs inside the first two weeks
From the first two weeks. No dollar figure is published for this one.
Floorworks
Two months in, they were nearly ready to quit.
These are actual outcomes, reported with the windows of time they happened in, not guarantees, and what any contractor does depends on their market, their offer and how well the work gets sold.
Own your stack
The whole setup goes in your name.
Most agencies build your machine inside their own accounts. Leave and you start over from zero. That’s the leash. We put every piece of it under your business instead, before the first ad runs.
The ad account
Lives in your business portfolio. We get access to it. Not the other way round.
The dataset
Every conversion and every audience you paid to build. Still yours the day you stop working with us.
The CRM
Your own sub account, your own admin login. Contacts, pipelines, conversations, all of it.
The domain
Registered to you. Nothing on this list gets rented back to you later.
The phone number
One you can port. The number on your ads doesn’t walk out the door with an agency.
The pipeline the CRM runs: the ad, the lead, the call, the booked estimate, the sold job. All of it inside your own account.
The machine
One job, start to finish.
You choose the parts. We build the ads, tracking and CRM around your shop. Add the call center when you want our team handling the follow-up and booking.
A short film that plays in the frame beside these four steps. It follows one job: the city waking up with your ad already running, a homeowner tapping it and filling in the form, the booked estimate landing on your calendar and in your channel, and the contract being signed at the shop.

… The communication has been incredible. Soroush personally answers when I need him, and his whole team stays involved.
… Five stars all day long. If I could give Profit Plus 25 stars, I would.

Why us
What we will not dress up.
Six things that are true of every account we run. No badges, no awards, no adjectives. Read them and decide if we sound like people you want running your ad budget.
A person makes the call
With our call center, somebody dials every lead, asks the qualifying questions and writes up the call before the estimate hits your calendar. Without it, your team owns the follow-up.
You get told no
We read your market before the call. What buyers are searching, what’s already running against you, what a booked estimate is likely to cost you there. If the demand isn’t there you hear it on the phone, not after you’ve paid us.
Every number has a date on it
Every figure on this site carries the window it happened in, printed right under it. Nothing rounded, nothing averaged, no percentage we invented. A number with no dates is a claim, not a result.
You keep the plan
Fifteen minutes on the phone about your market. What to run, what a booked estimate is likely to cost, what to say to the buyers who answer. Take the notes and run it yourself. We’d rather that than have you hire us and regret it.
Flooring comes first
The ads, landing pages and CRM are built around how flooring buyers shop. We stay close to the trade instead of learning it on your budget.
You can see the work
Daily updates in your own private channel. A weekly video on where things stand and what changes next. No ticket queue. No account manager you’ve never met.
Fifteen minutes on the phone tells you whether any of this fits your shop. Book a 15-minute fit call
How much does it cost?
It moves with your market, what you’re already spending and which option fits. If you’re a good fit you get the prices on the 15-minute intro call, straight, before anybody asks you for a card. Anyone quoting you a number before they’ve looked at your city is guessing.
Who owns the accounts, and what happens if I leave?
Everything goes in your name, not ours. The ad account sits under your business portfolio, the dataset is yours, the CRM is your own sub account with your own admin login, the domain is registered to you, and the phone number is one you can port. If you leave, you keep all of it. The full argument is in the own your stack piece on the blog.
How do you qualify a lead before it hits my calendar?
On the form they give us budget, timeline, square footage and whether they own the home. Then somebody actually calls them, because a form on its own tells you very little. If you’d rather screen your own leads, that somebody can be you.
How fast does this actually start working?
Depends on your market, your budget and your offer, and we don’t put a date on it. From the day it launches we’re working the campaign and posting what’s happening in your private channel. So you’re never guessing where it stands.
Can I take the leads and have my own team call them?
Yes. That’s the lead-gen option, usually for operators who already have an office manager or a closer on payroll. We run the ads and hand the leads straight over. Your people do the calling and the booking.
The next step
You keep the plan. Hiring us stays optional.
Fifteen minutes on your market. What to run. What a booked estimate is likely to cost you. What to say to the buyers who answer. Take the notes and run it yourself if you’d rather.
