Careers Work at ProfitPlus

Come work here.

5 roles open applications never close

Every role here is a job at ProfitPlus. We run Meta and Google ads for flooring companies, and our call-center team books estimates for the clients who add that service. Every role is remote, and we hire outside the U.S. and Canada.

One thing before you apply. You need agency experience. Worked at a marketing agency, or with one, counts. Client-facing marketing work that's the same job counts too. That's the policy here. An application without it doesn't move forward. Better you hear that now than sit waiting.

The jobs

These stay open all year. A role sitting here doesn't mean a seat just opened. It means we're always reading for that one. Every one of them needs the agency experience above.

Appointment setting, B2B. You call flooring companies. You book them onto our calendar. Phone work every day, off a script we hand you. Not email. Not DMs.

Appointment setting, B2C. You call homeowners who just asked a client for a quote. You lock in the estimate. Call back in minutes, not hours. Speed beats polish on this one.

Media buying. You run Meta and Google ad accounts for our clients. Budgets, creative tests, cost per booked estimate. The numbers are yours, good or bad. You report them straight.

Client success management. You hold the client relationship after they sign. Weekly calls. Honest reporting. Problems flagged early instead of sat on. You're the one who calls when the week was bad.

Operations manager. You keep work moving between sales, media buying and delivery. Systems, deadlines, handoffs. The follow up nobody else has time for.

And the rest. We hire for sales, administration and video editing too. All of them are on the form.

This page is for people who want a job here. Do you run a flooring company? Then you're in the wrong place. You want marketing help, not a job. Book the call instead.

No cover letter. No portfolio site. Answer the questions, hit send, and a person reads it.

The form takes any answer. The policy above still decides.

Optional, and worth it

The video helps more than anything else on this form. Thirty seconds on your phone is plenty. Who you are, what you've done, why this. The resume takes PDF or Word, up to 10 MB.
