How it works

We run the system. You choose the follow-up.

Ads, tracking and CRM come first. Your team can handle the leads, or you can add our call center and have us call, qualify and book them. Here’s the full order.

  • One 15-minute phone call to start
  • Call center is an optional service
  • Every account in your name
  • You keep it all if you leave

The order it happens in

First call to a working system.

  1. 01First contact

    The phone call

Fifteen minutes. Phone, not video. We go through what you sell, your city, and who else is bidding there. Then where your money goes now. You get a straight read, including the parts you won’t like. If we can’t help you, you hear it on the call. Not after you’ve paid us. If it fits, you get the prices right there.

  2. 02Setup

We build it. You own it.

One onboarding call, then we build. The ad account goes under your own business portfolio. The CRM is your own sub account, with your own admin login. Tracking numbers, the domain, the calendar the estimates land on: same deal, your name. Starting from nothing? The setup package goes first. Facebook and Instagram business profiles, plus a Google Business Profile verified and set up properly. Walk away one day and you keep every piece.

  3. 03Go live

Ads on. Day three isn’t a verdict.

Campaigns turn on across Meta, Google and YouTube. Fresh creative, and tracking that actually reports. The first days are a test, not a result. We’re hunting for the ad, the offer and the neighbourhoods that carry the work. That takes real testing budget before it pays anything back. Anybody reading day three as a verdict is guessing.

  4. 04If you add the call center

    A person calls every lead.

A person calls, asks the qualifying questions and books the estimate. Human calling comes with the call-center service. On the ads-only program, your team owns every follow-up.

  5. 05On your calendar

    Booked estimates, answers attached

With the call center, what lands is an appointment, not a phone number. Budget, timeline, product and a homeowner expecting you. It sits in your own calendar and CRM, with the call notes attached.

  6. 06Every week after

    You sell. We feed.

Daily updates in your private channel, posted the moment something happens. A weekly video on where things stand and what changes next. A marketing assistant you can hand things to from a job site. What closed and what didn’t feeds the ads, the scripts and the targeting. Pricing, product and the room stay yours. That part was always yours.

That’s the whole process. What it’s done is on the results page.

The split

Who does what.

Most fights in this business start because nobody wrote this down first. So here it is.

Stays yours

  • Close the deal. We can’t sell for you.
  • Price the job.
  • Run the estimate in the room.
  • Do the work. Stand behind it.
  • Pick up the phone. Some homeowners want the tradesperson.
  • Decide what you spend on ads.
  • Keep your own records. Open them any Tuesday you like.

Ours

  • Build it all in your name.
  • Write, film and change the ads.
  • Wire the tracking, so the numbers are real.
  • Hand every lead into your CRM cleanly.
  • With the call center, call and qualify every lead.
  • With the call center, book the estimate and support the calls by text.
  • Post what happened, daily. Change what isn’t working.

The clock

We won’t put a date on it.

Plenty of people will. Live in a week. Results by day thirty. Guarantees with a number attached. We don’t write any of that down. The honest answer moves with your market, your budget and your offer. We can’t see any of them from here.

You get the truth instead. Every day it runs, from the day it launches, posted in your channel while it’s happening. You’re never guessing where it stands. Smaller promise. One we can actually keep.

Your market
The demand has to already be there. An ad finds a buyer. It can’t invent one.
Your budget
Testing costs money before it makes any. A small test takes longer to tell you anything true.
Your offer
What you sell, and what you charge for it. We can write the ad. We can’t write your offer.
Your speed
Get to the booked estimate fast and it signs faster. Sit on it and it goes cold.

Next

It all starts with one call.

Fifteen minutes on the phone. You get a straight read on your city. If it fits, you get the prices on that call. If it doesn’t, you get told that instead of a pitch.
