Custom partnerships

We build it with you. You own it.

Some of what a shop needs does not come in a package. A tool nobody sells. A site with a real backend under it. A CRM cut to how you actually run jobs. We partner up and build it. Then it sits in your name, not ours.

The accounts, the logins, the domain. All of it in your name.

What we build

Custom builds, cut to your shop.

Here is the kind of thing a partnership puts together. Yours might be none of these. That is rather the point of a custom build.

  • A custom site

Not a template with your logo dropped on it. Real pages, real features, and a backend under them that does the work.

  • A CRM cut to your shop

Stages named after how your crew actually runs a job. Not after a template built for a software company.

  • A flooring visualizer

The kind of tool a homeowner points at their own room. This is an example of what a partnership could build. It is not a product sitting on a shelf waiting for you.

  • AI in the follow-up

Wired into the parts that sit unanswered at nine at night. Never wired into the parts a person should be holding.

  • The tool nobody sells

If the job an off-the-shelf product will not do is the one costing you money every week, that is the thing worth building.

No case files on this page. We are not going to put somebody else’s app up here and let you assume it was ours, and we are not going to invent one. What this page shows you is what gets built and whose name goes on it. Ask for the rest on the call.

In whose name

You own the thing we build.

Here is how it usually goes. You pay somebody to build you a thing. It gets built. Nobody asks whose account it lives in, because it works, and that was the point.

Then it ends. That is when you find out. The site sits on their hosting. The login is theirs to switch off. The number on it is registered to them. Every homeowner who ever filled that form is on their side of the wall.

We are not calling that villainy. One account is easier to run than forty. But easier for them gets expensive for you, and that bill lands once, at the worst possible moment.

So we do it the other way round. Everything we build in a partnership goes in your name. Take our access back tomorrow and the thing keeps running. Nothing of yours is sitting on our side waiting to be handed over.

  • The login

Theirs to issue, theirs to switch off

    Yours, at admin level

  • Where it lives

On their hosting, in their account

In an account with your name on it

  • The domain

    Registered to them

    Registered to you

  • The number on it

    Registered to them

    Yours, and portable

  • The day it ends

    You start again from nothing

    You take our access back

How it starts

It starts on a 15-minute phone call.

  1. 01

    The call

Fifteen minutes on the phone. You describe what the thing has to do. Nobody asks you for a card at the end of it.

  2. 02

    The straight answer

We tell you whether it is worth building at all. If an off-the-shelf tool already does it, you get told that, and it costs you nothing to hear it.

  3. 03

    The number

Nothing gets built before you have the price in front of you and know exactly what it does not include.

  4. 04

    The handover

It goes live in your name. The accounts, the logins, the domain. What we hold is an access you can take back.

Straight answers

Four questions we get about this.

Do you only build for flooring companies?

Flooring is our main lane. A custom build is the one place that is not a hard rule. If the project fits what we do, we will say so on the call.

Can I see one you have already built?

Ask on the call. Nothing goes on this page as proof unless it is ours and we can stand behind every word of it. If we have not built your exact thing before, you hear that on the phone instead of finding it out later.

Is there a price on this?

No, and anybody quoting you one off a web page is guessing. Every build is different. The number comes once we know what the thing has to do.

Who owns it when it is finished?

You do. Everything we build in a partnership goes in your name. That is the whole arrangement, and it is the reason this page exists.

Got something that needs building?

Bring the problem, not a spec. Fifteen minutes on the phone. You leave knowing whether it is worth building, what it would take, and whose name it goes in.
