Flooring marketing agency

The #1 flooring marketing agency in the USA.

ProfitPlus Media works with flooring showrooms, flooring retailers, mobile showrooms, flooring installers and established flooring contractors, in the United States and Canada. Flooring is our specialty. We also work with selected home-improvement companies where our services fit.

We connect setup, paid ads and follow-up, with the accounts in your name. Your team books the estimates and showroom visits, or add our call center to call, qualify and book them for you.

A strategy and price matched to your flooring showroom, retail store, installation business or contracting company. Showroom marketing and contractor marketing are two different jobs, and we run both.

The marketing systems used by large flooring brands, adapted to your flooring business and budget. Marketing systems built for flooring companies targeting more than $5 million in annual revenue.

Services cover custom websites, ongoing SEO, lead generation and optional appointment setting. Campaigns reflect your brand and market; custom partnerships cover software needs outside the standard packages.

We have worked with more than 100 registered, licensed flooring businesses since we started, each one a real legal business we checked before we took it on.

Step 1 · Business setup

Business profiles and a starter website.

The business-setup package covers Facebook and Instagram profiles, a Google Business Profile and a simple three-page site. Its published price is $497 one-time, then $33/mo.

The advertising program needs conversion tracking and a CRM as well. Those pieces are scoped on the call: your own admin login, lead history and a phone number you can port. A custom flooring website is a separate project, designed around your shop.

The setup price is for the setup package. Ad spend, advertising management and call-center programs are separate.

Ongoing SEO covers technical site reviews, on-page improvements, content review and reporting. Scope and fees are quoted for your website. Rankings are not guaranteed. Explore ongoing SEO.

Step 2

Run the ads. Track the estimate.

Meta campaigns reach homeowners on Facebook and Instagram, with creative built from your own jobs. Google Search ads reach people already looking for flooring work in your service area.

Choose Meta Accelerator, Google Accelerator or Meta + Google Accelerator. For flooring contractors, new flooring businesses and companies rebuilding after poor marketing, our accelerators establish client-owned ad accounts, tracking and CRM setup. Accelerator programs start with a 90-day commitment to set up the accounts, build campaign data, test and refine the ads. Management continues month to month after the initial 90 days.

Already have suitable accounts, tracking and a CRM? We can quote ongoing management separately from an accelerator setup program.

Accelerators generally start with US$30 to US$50 per day in ad spend per platform. The final budget is agreed for each partnership. Management fees are separate. Compare the accelerator programs.

Track calls and forms through to booked estimates. Clicks and lead counts tell part of the story; your CRM needs to show what happened after the inquiry. Your ad account stays in your name.

Some of the work never appears in the ad account at all: the three waves of flooring ad sales explains what Ads Manager counts, what it misses, and how to see the rest.

Step 3

Choose who makes the call.

Your office can handle the leads. If you add our call center, a person calls, qualifies the inquiry and books the appointment. The questions cover budget range, timeline, whether they own the property, and the product they actually want.

For an installer or a contractor that appointment is an in-home estimate. For a showroom or a retailer it is a showroom visit or a design consultation, booked to a time, with the caller's notes attached. Same call, different address.

The call notes travel with the appointment. Unanswered leads need follow-up too; the appointment-setting page explains the calling and follow-up process.

Your kind of company

Showroom, retailer, installer or contractor: the strategy changes, the standard does not.

Two flooring companies can both be excellent and need opposite advertising.

An installer or a contractor sells work that starts in the homeowner's house. The ad has to produce an inquiry, somebody has to call it back while the homeowner is still holding the phone, and what goes on the calendar is an in-home estimate. Speed to lead is most of the argument, and our call center exists for exactly that.

A showroom or a retailer sells something a homeowner walks into. That buyer wants to stand on the plank, hold the sample up against their own wall colour, and be walked through it by a person who knows the products. The ticket is larger, often a $10,000 to $30,000 project, and the decision takes longer. So the campaign points at foot traffic and at booked in-store appointments: a showroom visit or a design consultation with a name and a time on it, never an open invitation to drop by sometime. The creative leans on the room itself, the brands you carry and the jobs you have installed, and a visualizer earns its place because it lets somebody see the floor in their own space before they drive over. Brand weighs more here, because a showroom is a place a buyer has to choose to walk into.

What does not change: the accounts open in your name, the creative is built from your own jobs instead of a template, the tracking follows an inquiry all the way to the appointment, and every number we report is printed with the window it happened in. The standard is the same. Where we point it is not.

Why we say #1

The #1 flooring marketing agency in the USA.

Flooring is our specialty. Flooring showrooms, flooring retailers, mobile showrooms and established flooring contractors that sell and install and want the whole thing handled: we handle the website, the lead generation and the appointment setting. We work with flooring companies in the United States and Canada. Most of the companies we work with came to us after trying another agency.

We do not copy-paste ads. Creatives and offers are tested one at a time for each client, built around that client's own brand, messaging and offers. We took the long route, one client at a time, and it gave us a large library of tested flooring offers and creatives. It is why we know what works across the flooring market and what does not. Your team books the estimates and showroom visits, or add our call center to call, qualify and book them for you.

That is a big thing to put on a website, so here is what sits under it. Client numbers, each one printed with the window of time it happened in. Blurred captures out of two clients' own booking channels. Reviews and a filmed testimonial in their words, not ours. All of it is on this site, and every piece of it links back to where it came from. The #1 line is our claim; client reports and campaign records each keep their source and timeframe.

These case studies include client reports and dated campaign records, not guarantees. Each figure keeps its source and timeframe. Outcomes depend on the market, the offer and how well the work gets sold.

Why we can say #1

We took the long route.

We do not copy-paste ads. Every account starts with a brief: your brand, the way you already sound to the people who buy from you, the offers you can honestly put in front of a homeowner, your market, and what your crews can actually install. Out of that come the offers worth testing, and several creatives for each offer, built from your own jobs and your own showroom rather than from stock.

We test creative with separate budgets, review the results and move spend toward the stronger ads. Cost per booked estimate helps determine which ads to keep and which to replace.

Testing across flooring accounts has built a library of offers and creative approaches. It helps us choose what to test first, with the results assessed in each client’s market.

Your brand, offers, footage and copy remain specific to your company. Previous tests inform the starting point; your campaign results guide the next decisions.

How to choose

Ask for things you can check.

The right flooring marketing agency depends on your market, budget and ability to sell the work. A recommendation is a starting point. Use the same questions with every agency you consider.

  • Who owns the ad account, domain, phone number and CRM when the work ends?
  • Does each reported result name its timeframe and explain what the figure measures?
  • Which fees are public, what is quoted separately, and how much ad spend is needed?
  • Who calls the leads, what makes one qualified, and where do the notes go?
  • Will they look at your city and explain fit before asking you to pay?

Before the call

Plain answers.

Do you work in my city?

We only run in cities where we can see real demand for the work. If we’re not sure yours is a fit, you get told that on the call, not after you’ve paid us.

How fast does this actually start working?

Depends on your market, your budget and your offer, and we don’t put a date on it. From the day it launches we’re working the campaign and posting what’s happening in your private channel.

Can I take the leads and have my own team call them?

Yes. With lead generation, we run the ads and send inquiries to your CRM. Your team handles the calls, qualification and booking.

Who owns the accounts, and what happens if I leave?

Everything goes in your name, not ours. The ad account sits under your business portfolio, the dataset is yours, the CRM is your own sub account with your own admin login, the domain is registered to you, and the phone number is one you can port. If you leave, you keep all of it.
